My Current KPop Collection + All my PCs So Far

Earlier today, my husband found my old (like, 9+ years old!) KPop Collection! [cue happy screaming here] I'm so glad to have the majority of it all together again. ;w;

Mainly pictured in this post are the older things that my husband found today. In addition to these, I also have the Japanese version of SHINee's 2009 Year of Us, Atlantis, Onew's Dice and Circle, and Key's Bad Love, plus APink's Pink Blossom! (These are all more recent purchases of mine)

After a couple months of jealously watching various doll YouTubers find Monster High G3 dolls in their local stores or buying them from people who found them early, I FINALLY HAVE ONE OF MY OWN!!

Sadly, those are all the pics that I took today. When I took them, I actually hadn't planned on making a blog post. ^^; I just had so much fun and took more than I thought I was gonna!

After I took these pics, I tried to fix up her hair a bit. I trimmed the scraggly ends and gently brushed with my metal-tooth comb, but I'm fairly certain I'm gonna have to boil wash her. (Can tinsel be safely boil washed?) Some sections of her hair have kinks from the packaging.

Oh, and also with her hair - I know people tend to hate tinsel and I've seen people pluck hers out, but I personally love it on her! It really makes her hair look like Lapis Lazuli, a marble-like stone that was used in ancient Egyptian jewelry, and most famously, King Tutankhamun's burial mask!

So far, I'm very happy with Monster High G3! All the dolls I've seen so far look so good! I look forward to getting some more~

My First Rainbow High Dolls

Notes:
- I swear occasionally, so this blog post isn't 100% family-friendly.
- There are mentions of being forced to sell some of my toys when I was a kid, so if you are triggered by things like that, skip to "=END OF NICKLE'S BACK STORY="
- This post is very photo-heavy, and even has a YouTube video embedded.
- There are photos of dolls looking directly into the camera, so if eye contact bothers you, maybe skip this post.
- Some photos contain doll nudity, but it's all for the sake of showing off defects or the washed/combed hair (and the dolls were naked for the washing process).

I hadn't intended on making this into a blog post, but I have so many photos and things to say about these dolls that a full-blown blog post seemed the appropriate route instead of a huge thread on Mastodon. XD
